UK Labour MP Mark Sewards has launched AI $MARK, a 24/7 AI assistant built in collaboration with a local startup, Neural Voice, to help constituents with local casework and policy issues. It’s one of the first real attempts to fuse ai with political engagement. The rollout was announced this week for his Leeds South West and Morley district, and early reactions online suggest the concept is ripe for an onslaught of memes. The coin $MARK peaked at a $670K market cap and is now hovering around $261K.

$NYAN, a memecoin launched on Solana through BagsApp, has climbed to an $8 million market cap and is eyeing a $250K reward by holding above $10 million for 24 hours. What makes this launch stand out is that all fees are going directly to @PRguitarman, the original creator of Nyan Cat, marking the first time any Nyan derivative has compensated him. Over $300,000 has already been raised for Torres, who confirmed he’s aware of the coin and is claiming fees. While he had no part in the launch and remains cautious, he acknowledged the royalties will help his family and partly go to charity. OG meme finally gets rewarded, nice.

OpenAI had their GPT5 announcement yesterday, and it had some mixed reactions. The code looked insane, SWE’s are cooked, but we can get into whose cooked later. They had some mistakes in their diagrams, where the number 52 was higher on a bar chart than 69. Also, a lot of AI people working there, they need some public facing employees. Someone made their X account operated fully by GPT5, and it tweeted that the memecoin it would create would be $TAB. The coin was then creared, and immediately spiked to over $1 Million in 2 hours.

THE DOGWIFHAT’S HAT HAS BEEN BOUGHT
The most iconic hat in crypto history, the Dogwifhat that helped $WIF reach a $4.5 billion market cap, was purchased for over $800K by Finn, the Bags CEO. The coin is now tied to $BTH, short for Buy The Hat. Finn has confirmed an official BAGS coin is coming, BagsApp has updated its logo to the WIF hat, and Finn has repeatedly bought $BTH while promising to update its metadata, signaling it may become the official BagWifHat token. Will this coin overtake the Nyan Cat for the $250k prize? It’s close, $BTH is at a $8.8 Million market cap.
