Coinbase announced they’ll be bringing native cbBTC to Solana – live from Solana Breakpoint 2024 in Singapore. The effects of this move are faster and cheaper BTC transactions and more liquidity across DeFi. Increased liquidity could mean more stability and lower volatility, but let’s be real, it all depends on how it’s deployed. It could be stable, or it could vanish faster than my paycheck on payday.

It has been a rough two months for $HEHE, as it has been quite dormant, with little to no spurts throughout until yesterday, where it boomed. Hopefully not hungover after the highs, $HEHE was listed on the crypto.com app, becoming the first Sol lowcap (under 50 million mc) to be listed by a T1 exchange. Also, $HEHE was the first pump.fun token listed on any exchange. As a result, $HEHE has been fantastic, up 53% to a market cap of $27 Million.

WHAT IS DeSci???

Molecule Dao, a DeSci (Decentralized Science) biopharma IP tokenization protocol introduced pump.science at Solana Breakpoint today. This helps scientists raise money for their experiments, where users can submit a drug compound to test, and other users can simply invest into ones that they think will do well. The robot keeps track of these experiments and updates their progress on the site. Successful experiments here will move on to next stages (daphnia, fly, mice, rat, human). One of the first tokens made was $RIF, short for Rifampicin, which updates users with real time images of their experiments taking place. This is a cool example of using speculation to bootstrap liquidity!
