Billy Markus, the creator of Dogecoin just stepped directly into the memecoin arena. The original dev transferred control of the $BILLY token to Markus after Pumpfun fast tracked him, and even bought back 4 percent of the supply before sending it to Billy’s public wallet. Markus publicly acknowledged the handoff, thanked the creator, and immediately burned the entire allocation he received so he wouldn’t hold an outsized share of a token based on himself. With the founder of Doge now indirectly backing the meme built around his own identity, attention has surged and $BILLY has already run to a $7.1 million market cap, now at $3.2 Million.

It climbed from $133k to $551k with strong holder growth, solid liquidity expansion, and real accumulation, before pulling back again to the current level at $389 Thousand. $TROLLBOY has a strong community of 800 people on X as well, boosting the $655 Thousand in trading volume (24 hr).

People have been using it as a meme, on TikTok and IG, leading to the memecoin $KirkSong to be launched, initially hitting $105 Thousand before retracing to $41 Thousand. People are making remixes about it, and they are lowkey kind of tough.
