Last night, someone hacked Kylian Mbappe’s Twitter, and shilled a memecoin. Similar to the McDonalds situation, $MBAPPE took off, soaring to a market cap of $555 Thousand. With 14.4 Million Twitter followers, $MBAPPE garnered attention from everyone, including nontraders, which is one way to market memecoins. Unfortunatley, $MBAPPE is down to an $86 Thousand market cap, after people realized it was a scam. He eventually regained his account and deleted the tweet, but not before the hackers made over $100 Thousand in profit. Check the tweet below for all the details.

Pavel Durov, Telegram’s CEO and Founder, has been released from French custody, with terms of staying in France. Durov is charged with 12 criminal counts of failing to censor information. As a result of his release, $TON has surged upwards 4% in the last 24 hours, with its market cap sitting at $14 Billion. Also, the 24-hour volume for $TON is up 65% to an astonishing $12 Billion! Is owning TON now a psuedo-prediction market on Pavel’s charges??
