McGregor, running for Irish president in 2025, believes Bitcoin could combat corruption and restore sovereignty. His call to action has drawn attention across the crypto space—especially as Bitcoin holds above $106K and altcoin momentum builds.
Separately, insider rumors suggest McGregor may also be accumulating $TLD (The Last Dwarfs), a gamified staking and launchpad platform built on TON. The project—currently in presale stage 2,boasts over 370,000 users, PvP battles, and staking APYs up to 300%. If true, McGregor’s involvement would align with his past record of early, aggressive bets on disruptive sectors. Also, he’s running for president.

TRUMP TO BUY $2 BILLION IN BITCOIN🗣
Trump Media has completed a $2.4 billion capital raise through a mix of common stock and convertible senior notes, allocating up to $2.32 billion of net proceeds toward establishing a corporate Bitcoin treasury, positioning itself as the third largest BTC holder globally, behind only MicroStrategy and Marathon Digital. The funds, raised from approximately 50 institutional investors, mark a significant shift in corporate treasury strategy, echoing the Bitcoin as reserve model first pioneered by Michael Saylor’s firm. Custody of the assets will be managed by Anchorage Digital and Crypto.com, signaling a preference for institutional grade custodianship and compliance infrastructure. This move comes amid a broader push by Trump Media into digital assets, including prior announcements of crypto ETF partnerships, stablecoin initiatives, and decentralized finance products. By allocating such a large portion of its liquidity into Bitcoin, the company is not just making a macro bet on BTC as a store of value, it’s effectively using Bitcoin as an operating reserve, potentially to hedge against fiat dilution, increase balance sheet transparency, and align with a growing subset of investors demanding crypto-native exposure through these public equities.
