Four people were killed and another injured in New York City’s deadliest mass shooting since 2000, when a gunman opened fire at 345 Park Avenue, a Midtown office relativley close to Hype HQ, home to companies like the NFL and Blackstone. The shooter, identified as 27yr old Shane Tamura of Vegas, later died by suicide. Tamura, a former football player with a documented mental health history, left a suicide note claiming he suffered from CTE and blamed the NFL for his condition. Hype was the first outlet to confirm his identity through an app notification, and shortly after, the memecoin $SHANE wicked to a $307 Thousand market cap as the news spread. FAZE DRAMA AND MLG COIN RIPS🗣

FaZe Banks has stepped down as CEO of FaZe Clan after facing allegations of scamming fans through a “failed” coin, $MLG, which he promoted alongside Adin Ross. The coin, branded as a gaming culture token, surged from $3 million to $150 million before crashing, prompting accusations of a rug pull. A leaked group chat showed Banks blaming Adin for the collapse, claiming he was used as exit liquidity and retaliated by shifting blame. Adin confirmed the screenshot but denied responsibility, expressing disappointment in Banks. Despite insisting he lost six figures and never sold (which is not true his wallet was tracked), Banks announced his resignation, stating the situation had ruined his life. $MLG briefly spiked to a $24 million market cap after the drama but has since dropped to $12 million.

A tokenized version of her new cat drawing, Ellie, hit a $2.4 million market cap, and her own coin, $AUDREY, jumped 614% to $432K.
