$CUCK peaked at a $3.8 million market cap after Ryder Ripps launched it in response to Kanye West’s recent song and story post. Most of the supply was sent to Ye’s wallet, and the coin briefly surged as Ye engaged with Ripps on social media. Despite no album release, $CUCK sits at a $1.8 million market cap, but just spiked after the tweet below to a $3.1 Million, with a 247% increase in 1 minute. The pairing of Ripps and Ye, both controversial and culturally disruptive, is fueling speculation that $CUCK could spike again with any new Ye drop or post. Here is Kanye’s tweet a few minutes ago:

SOL Strategies has secured a $500 million convertible note facility with ATW Partners, with a $20 million initial tranche closing around May 1. The funds will be used to purchase SOL and expand validator operations, paying interest in SOL using up to 85% of staking yield. The notes are convertible into common shares at market price. This marks the largest Solana linked facility to date and could support a future Nasdaq uplisting. A 4% finder’s fee goes to Cohen & Company. While the move strengthens SOL infrastructure exposure, further drawdowns depend on conditions and may result in shareholder dilution. With this news, Solana has spiked $4.3% to $151.

ZORA IS LAUNCHED

Zora just launched its ZORA token today with 10 billion total supply, but backlash is growing after it was revealed that 65% of tokens are going to the team, treasury, and early investors. The token has no governance or revenue rights and is described as being “for fun only,” which has sparked criticism from analysts and blockchain investigators. Despite the controversy, Binance will list ZORA and support the airdrop. Pre-market trading puts its fully diluted value near $300 million, and since its airdop, $ZORA is now at a $208 Million market cap, and up just 4% since it’s launch.
