PUMP FUN FOUNDER CREATES A CRAZY COIN🫡

$ALON, a Solana-based token linked to Pump.fun co-founder Alon, saw a meteoric rise following his announcement of taking over the project's Telegram group, even though it happened 6 months ago. Just a simple tweet caused a MASSIVE market eruption, where the token surged from a $2 million market cap to $180 million in just 20 minutes, with trading volume hitting $440 million over six hours. The token has since corrected to a $33 million market cap but remains a standout in recent trading activity. As one of the main figures in the memecoin industry, I am very curious to see what the CTO(community takeover) envisions.

BINANCE LISTS VINE AND PIPPIN 🗣

Binance has announced the listing of VINE perpetual contracts at 10:00 UTC and PIPPIN perpetual contracts at 10:15 UTC on January 24, 2025, with both supporting up to 25x leverage.
Following the news, $VINE, a meme coin backed by Vine co-creator Rus Yusupov, jumped 20%, bringing its market cap to $336 million. Similarly, $PIPPIN, a Python-based AI framework for developers and creators, surged 15%, reaching a $170 million market cap. Sadly, the momentum ran out, as the coins both dipped 27 and 25 percent today, respectively.

On January 23, 2025, President Donald Trump issued an executive order reshaping U.S. cryptocurrency policy. It established a working group, chaired by David Sacks, tasked with identifying existing crypto regulations within 30 days, proposing modifications within 60 days, and delivering a comprehensive regulatory framework for digital assets, including stablecoins, within 180 days. The order also bans the creation or promotion of central bank digital currencies (CBDCs), ensuring the U.S. prioritizes decentralized assets, and mandates protections for crypto companies' access to banking services—a direct response to longstanding industry grievances.
In a move to strengthen U.S. leadership in digital finance, the order calls for the evaluation and potential establishment of a national "digital asset stockpile," leveraging cryptocurrencies seized by federal authorities. Additionally, it revokes Biden’s 2022 crypto framework, emphasizing a return to innovation and economic freedom, and eliminates SEC accounting rules that previously hindered crypto adoption. Bitcoin reacted strongly to the news, climbing to $106 Thousand. In parallel, the memecoin $NDAS surged to a $2.8 million market cap on Pump.fun, later settling at $1.1 Million.
