THE SEC IS A KAREN🗣
OpenSea received a Wells notice from the SEC, containing a threat to sue because they believe NFTs on OpenSea’s platform are securities. This puts hundreds of thousands of online artists at a high risk, as the SEC is being a Karen in the crypto space. The SEC did this the day after Trump released NFT cards, lol. To determine if something is deemed a security, it must pass the Howey Test:
Investment of money: The transaction involves an investment of money or assets
Expectation of profits: The investor expects to make a profit from the investment
Common enterprise: The investor pools their resources with others for a common goal
Reliance on others for profit: The investor’s profit depends on the efforts of others, such as a promoter or third-party

Most people thought that Tron’s peak was over, but the data doesn’t back it up. In fact, Tron’s 24-hour revenue is $3.3 Million! SOL has a revenue of $234 Thousand, and ETH has a revenue of $381 Thousand. That means Tron is making over 5x the revenue of SOL, and ETH COMBINED!!!
