AMERICAN BITCOIN MINING

American Bitcoin (ABTC), the mining firm backed by Eric Trump and Donald Trump Jr., has quietly built up a 215 BTC treasury worth nearly $24 million. The company launched in April and plans to go public later this year through a SPAC merger with Gryphon Digital Mining. ABTC doesn’t own physical infrastructure but operates over 60,000 miners through a deal with Hut 8 across three facilities in New York, Alberta, and Texas. Their strategy focuses on efficient mining, long term Bitcoin accumulation, and ecosystem leadership, claiming “Bitcoin accumulation is not a side effect, it is the business.” The Trump-linked hype sent the memecoin $USA up 16% today, climbing to a $12.1 million market cap.
